Welcome to FineTrip. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FineTrip website, including our flight search and travel-related services available through finetrip.travel and related subdomains.

By accessing or using FineTrip, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. About FineTrip

FineTrip is an online travel search and comparison platform that helps users search for and compare available flight options from airlines and third-party travel providers.

FineTrip may display flight information, prices, schedules, availability and other travel-related information obtained from third-party airlines, online travel agencies, booking platforms and other travel partners.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, FineTrip is not the airline, ticketing carrier or travel provider responsible for fulfilling your booking.

When you select a flight or booking option on FineTrip, you may be redirected to an airline, online travel agency or other third-party provider to complete your booking.

2. Flight Search and Information

FineTrip aims to provide accurate and up-to-date flight information; however, flight schedules, fares, availability, taxes, fees and other information may change at any time.

The information displayed on FineTrip may be provided by third-party travel providers and may not always reflect real-time availability.

The final price, availability and booking conditions are determined by the airline or third-party provider at the time of booking.

Accordingly, FineTrip does not guarantee that:

  • a particular flight will remain available;
  • the displayed fare will remain unchanged;
  • flight schedules will not change;
  • the information provided by third parties will always be accurate or complete; or
  • a particular booking option will remain available when you proceed to the third-party provider.

3. Bookings and Payments

FineTrip may provide links or redirects to third-party airlines, travel agencies and booking providers.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, FineTrip does not process your flight booking or payment directly.

When you complete a booking through a third-party provider:

  • the booking is subject to that provider’s terms and conditions;
  • the provider may collect and process your payment;
  • the provider is responsible for issuing your ticket or booking confirmation;
  • the provider is responsible for its cancellation and refund policies; and
  • you should contact that provider directly regarding booking-related issues.

FineTrip is not responsible for payment processing performed by third parties.

4. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Flight cancellations, changes, refunds, credits and other booking modifications are generally governed by the terms and conditions of the airline or travel provider through which the booking was made.

If you have already completed a booking with a third-party provider, you should contact that provider directly for assistance.

FineTrip does not guarantee refunds, cancellations or changes to bookings made through third parties.

Any refund is subject to the applicable airline or travel provider’s fare rules and policies.

5. Third-Party Websites and Services

FineTrip may contain links to websites, applications or services operated by third parties.

These third-party websites may have their own terms of service, privacy policies and other conditions.

FineTrip does not control and is not responsible for:

  • the content of third-party websites;
  • their availability;
  • their pricing;
  • their booking processes;
  • their security;
  • their privacy practices;
  • their customer service; or
  • their products or services.

Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and is subject to the terms applicable to those websites.

6. Prices and Currency

Flight prices displayed on FineTrip may be shown in different currencies depending on your selected settings or available provider information.

Prices may include or exclude certain taxes, fees, baggage charges, seat-selection fees, payment charges or other additional costs depending on the provider and fare.

The final price presented by the airline or third-party booking provider before payment is the price that applies to your booking.

FineTrip is not responsible for differences between an initially displayed price and the final price offered by a third-party provider.

7. User Responsibilities

When using FineTrip, you agree to:

  • provide accurate information when required;
  • use the website only for lawful purposes;
  • comply with applicable laws and regulations;
  • not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website;
  • not use automated systems or software to access the website in a manner that could damage or interfere with our services;
  • not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; and
  • not use FineTrip for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content and materials available on FineTrip, including its design, branding, logos, text, graphics and website functionality, are owned by or licensed to FineTrip and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, sell or commercially exploit FineTrip’s content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks, airline names, logos and other brand names displayed on FineTrip remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Website Availability

We aim to keep FineTrip available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

FineTrip may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the website for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, technical problems or other circumstances.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FineTrip provides its website and flight-search services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

FineTrip does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability or availability of information supplied by third parties.

FineTrip is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, strikes, weather conditions, airport closures, government restrictions, technical failures or other events affecting travel services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FineTrip and its owners, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other losses arising from or relating to:

  • your use of FineTrip;
  • your inability to use FineTrip;
  • flight cancellations or delays;
  • changes in flight schedules;
  • booking errors caused by third-party providers;
  • price or availability changes;
  • cancellation or refund disputes with airlines or travel providers; or
  • your use of third-party websites or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy

Your use of FineTrip is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used and processed when you use our website.
